Masala Chai

Ingredients

  • 2g of MyoTea Black
  • 1 cup (200 ml) water
  • 100 ml milk
  • Fresh ginger
  • Cardamom pods
  • Sugar to taste

Recipe

  • Heat water in a teapot
  • Add ginger and cardamom pods and boil for 2-3 minutes
  • Add in the tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes
  • Add in the milk and sugar and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes
  • Once the chai takes on a light milk chocolate colour, you know it’s ready
  • Pour it out and enjoy
