Masala Chai
Ingredients
- 2g of MyoTea Black
- 1 cup (200 ml) water
- 100 ml milk
- Fresh ginger
- Cardamom pods
- Sugar to taste
Recipe
- Heat water in a teapot
- Add ginger and cardamom pods and boil for 2-3 minutes
- Add in the tea leaves and steep for 4 minutes
- Add in the milk and sugar and simmer for an additional 2-3 minutes
- Once the chai takes on a light milk chocolate colour, you know it’s ready
- Pour it out and enjoy
